LEGACY SPEAKERS SERIES

The mission of the Legacy Speakers Series is to showcase nationally renowned uncommon friends who educate, inspire, and motivate with characteristics that include:

“It would be my greatest wish that my ‘uncommon friends’ would speak to today’s generation and inspire them to carry this country to new frontiers with vision, courage and creativity.” – James Newton

This speakers series will invite to Southwest Florida people who embody the attributes that are the core values of the Uncommon Friends Foundation.  These values speak of honesty, integrity, friendship, a sense of purpose, continued personal growth, high ethical behavior in business, perseverance, vision, inspiration, culture and creativity.

In recent years, the foundation has been privileged to hear from current uncommon friends like famed authors Anne Morrow Lindbergh and Reeve Lindbergh, former US Congressman and CIA Director Porter Goss, former US Congressman and Senator Connie Mack III, and iconic broadcaster Walter Cronkite.
