THE UNCOMMON FRIENDS FOUNDATION AWARDS SECOND ANNUAL UNCOMMON FRIENDS FOUNDATION BUSINESS ETHICS AWARD

FORT MYERS, Fla.(June, 27 2007) – The Uncommon Friends Foundation, a Southwest Florida character-education foundation, today announced the selection of three finalists for the Uncommon Friends Foundation Second Annual Business Ethics Award. The award recognizes an area company or organization that consistently demonstrates a system-wide commitment to business ethics. The award will be presented on June 7, 2007, at the Uncommon Evening Business Ethics Award Dinner at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa.

The three finalists are: Entech Computer Services, LeeSar, and WilsonMiller, Inc.

The finalists were selected by a team of nationally respected ethics professionals who developed the award criteria and made their selections from among the 46 companies and organizations that were nominated by business, political, community and religious leaders from the five-county area. Each nominated company received an invitation to apply.

The Uncommon Friends Foundation was established in Southwest Florida in 1993 to instill ethics, moral values and a sense of purpose in tomorrow’s leaders. Oswald Trippe and Company Inc. and St. Paul Travelers Insurance Company are presenting sponsors for the Business Ethics Award. The award program will feature remarks by Annette Jacobs, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of SafeHarbor in Seattle, Washington. Annette has a proven track record leading high growth businesses, operational turnarounds and mergers/acquisitions in services-related industries. Her operational positions have been located across the country in major and secondary markets.

“I was honored to be a judge for the Business Ethics Awards sponsored by the Uncommon Friends Foundation.  It was rewarding to see the high standards exhibited by all the entrants and finalists, as well as be involved with an organization that promotes and elevates ethics within the community.”—Annette Jacobs
