Scholarship Application & Nomination Forms
Uncommon Friends Foundation has many scholarship opportunities available thanks to the support of our sponsors, donors, and partnerships with businesses and organizations. You may nominate a deserving candidate or self apply for one of our scholarships. The deadline to submit application forms is in April each year.For your convenience, all Application Forms may be downloaded from the menu below. Once applications are completed, they should then be emailed to Uncommon Friends Foundation at charactered@uncommonfriends.org.

Submission Procedures:
Nominees must email a completed application form, an essay on their reason for applying for the scholarship and how they feel they emulate the traits
of the Uncommon Friends, and a digital color photo. A letter written from a sponsoring organization should also be submitted.
Judging:
Applications will be reviewed and evaluated by the Uncommon Friends Scholarship Committee. Applicants will be notified about their award status
by their sponsoring agencies or by Uncommon Friends Foundation.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Deadline:
April 1st of each calendar year
Recognition:
Scholarship recipients will be recognized at the Uncommon Friends Foundation Annual Dinner and on the Uncommon Friends Foundation website.
